This is part three of my do it yourself solar rechargeable dark sensing garden light. It uses a simple dark sensing circuit to light up 4 bright white LEDs when the sun goes down. The transistor used is BC 547. The 2.5 watt solar panel is controlled by a voltage booster to limit the charging voltage to 5.8 volts. A set of 4 AA eneloop rechargeables powers this solar light. All the components, except for the solar panel, are housed in a glass jar. Since it is a do it yourself project, the parts can be easily repaired or replaced.
